The Market is well-serviced by two major bicycle routes along Cecil Street and Moray Street, which go between the city and Albert Park and on into St Kilda. Dorcas Street will take you west to the Bay Trail and lots of the back streets are also lovely for riding. There is lots of bike parking at the market with extra-long spaces for cargo bikes and bike trailers located at the end of Coventry Street.

Disabled parking (7 spaces) is available in our rooftop carpark, with lift access directly from the carpark to the Centre Aisle of the Market. There is also disabled parking (1 space) in the York Street Carpark and on York Street (2 spaces).

Extra trams will be provided for the Australian Open at Melbourne Park from Monday 20 January to Sunday 2 February. Travel is free onRoute 70& 70a trams for Australian Open ticket holders.
Extra Route 70a trams will run between:
Route 70 runs as normal, servicing all stops between Wattle Park and Docklands.
City Circle trams will run in a clockwise direction only from first tram to midday each day. Trams will resume as normal in both directions from midday.
Trams run approximately every 5 minutes at busy times, until one hour after the completion of play, no matter what time the action ends (including twilight and night sessions).
Australian Open ticket holders can enter the tennis precinct directly from the tram platform stops at Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne Arena.
Accessible trams will run approximately every 10 minutes.
In addition to the extra trams, we'll provide additional customer service employees at all the major stops along the route to ensure tennis fans have all the information necessary to plan their travel and complete their trip in safety.
Australian Open extra services will run from 8am, and until an hour after the end of play each night. Route 70 runs as normal.
